SHIPPING INFO
All orders are made fresh to order and will be shipped within 24-48 hours of ordering.

For shipped cakes, each cake is carefully wrapped and sealed in a P4P Sweet Treat Box. It will arrive frozen so you can store it in your freezer, or unwrap and thaw it to serve at room temperature.

For best results, let cake reach room temperature before eating.

Instructions for handling your cake:

Unbox Your Cake - We ship our cakes frozen to have them arrive perfectly to you. We put everything carefully in a Styrofoam cooler and surround it with dry ice to create a perfectly insulated chilly package awaiting at your door!

Store Frozen - When your Cake arrives, take it out of the shipping container and store it into your freezer until you are ready to thaw and serve.

Thaw & Serve (3 hrs) - Completely unwrap and thaw before serving. Three hours of thawing and your Cake will be the perfect temperature to serve!
DELIVERY INFO
Orders will be delivered to your Upstate SC location as long as you are within 30 miles of Spartanburg, SC.
You will receive your order the next business day after ordering, between 11:00 am - 3:00 pm. (same day delivery not available)
IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO BE IN, please leave us clear instructions on where to leave it or a code to get into your building. If you are not available at time of delivery, the box will be left where you request it to be left OR we can leave with a neighbor, if instructed by you.
We cannot be held accountable for deliveries not collected in time.
A cooling solution can be made available for an extra fee to prevent melting or spoiling of the sweet treats.
